Bad experience with Roboclean Belgium

After asking a refund, the salesrep (KDJ) first agreed, but after the item was sent back, he ghosted us. Phonecalls were left unanswered. Same with e-mails and letters. Dodgy situation with a dodgy salesrep. We lost 1500 euro.

Hello. I bought a robo clean sweeper from a local dealer and the motor went out before warranty was up so i gave it to the dealer for repair and never got it back when i call they use excuses that they are waiting on the part. They have had it for 3 monthes now

We bought our roboclean with a 4 year warranty (We paid 1800 dollars for it) it worked really well for about 3 years then motor went out The dealer went out of business so no warranty is available. I contacted the sales from Germany or wherever it was manufactured. They said I could still get warranty but failed to follow up with emails and just let hang with it. Do not buy no warranty is available!!! $1800 for less then 3 years of use

I bought my Roboclean last year i was promised that they would make the first 2 payments. I was promised refilled filters i did not receive any of them. However, they did not. I called and emailed several times until their number was no longer in service. My roboclean stopped working 4 months ago. Less than a year of me purchasing this system. And then number i was given is still disconnected. So i have a system that does not work at all and no one to fix it. I am so disappointed in this company!

I purchased my RoboClean over a year ago. Love it, except I paid for the filter replacements (10 were promised)- I have never received any of them. Every phone number I had for the company has been disconnected. The original sales rep said "good luck getting anything". I have emailed the company and have received notice, many times, that someone in the USA would contact me- NEVER HAPPENED. I am not going to be able to continue using my vacuum if I can not replace the filter. Very disappointed. Wish someone could help me.

Great air purifier

We purchased our Roboclean 3 months ago, and it has been the best decision we have made for our family! First off, it acts as an air purifier 24/7 which means I clean up a FRACTION of pet hair (I have a long haired dog and cat) from the floors than I used to. Secondly, my carpeted stairs and microfiber couch have never been cleaner. The stairs feel fluffy and squishy instead of matted and intertwined with black dog hair. Being able to easily clean all of my hardwood floors & baseboards, dust my electronics, pictures and shelves with one machine and with no chemicals has made me feel so grateful! On top of just loving the Roboclean itself, learning about the quality of indoor air and being able to protect my family has been a huge blessing. We owned a Dyson before this, and we thought we had a good product. It has proved to be less than amazing, they just have really good marketing. Dry filters don't work no matter if they are in a $500 Dyson or a $3500 Kirby. Water as a filter is genius and it's really not hard to clean out, so totally worth the extra step. I didn't have $3000 in my bank account when we had our presentation, so I am so grateful that they offered me a payment plan. I would pay $100 a month for the rest of my life if I meant I would be able to keep this machine in my home. Don't be scared of the price tag, folks! Realize that these Dealers are doing their best to provide for their families as well, so you are able to help other people just like yourself instead of throwing money away to some billion dollar company.

Can’t get no parts can’t get no filters can’t get anything nobody wants to answer everybody has thrown me into one to the other and now nobody answers because I can’t get no parts filters anything I pay good money for this thing and I can’t even use it.

Superior Suction , affordable , No bags

About two months ago a middle-age man knocked on my door. I was a little hesitant to let him in but he seem nice. He started show me the roboclean Almost immediate He showed me everything the machine does !! and I purchased it two hours later so far I love the way it cleans the air and the remote control is handy !! coming from Kirby avalir !! can tell you that this is a way better vacuum as far as suction and ease of use !! I’m really happy that I no longer have to buy bags or belts !! Would highly recommend just make sure you don’t pay full price . salesman it will give you a good deal if you hold up and stand your ground !!! Overall I would recommend

I don't like this machine because it is too heavy to handle. I don't know how senior citizens are able to. I have arthritis in my fingers and wrist and shoulders. I wanted to return it a couple of days later but they told me I was over my 3 day limit. I had it for 4 days, at that time I hadn't even used it. I think the saleman came to the wrong area to sell because this is a senior area, and I would be willing to bet that I was the only stupid one out there that did. So now I'm willing to take a loss and sell for a lot less then they charged me.

I live in California nice girl came up to my door and offered a free Furniture and carpet cleaning . At first I was skeptical but after seeing everything that this machine does it blew me away !!! I purchase this machine six months ago and I couldn’t be any happier I don’t have to buy bags I don’t have to buy any belts. They were super awesome and called me today to see how machine was performing .And if i had any questions or concerns.They deserve to be recognized don’t let the negative reviews for you have to see it for yourself !!

Not Worth It - Cheap Plastic body and Expensive

The control unit burned out, no spares available. No service agents not available. It is the cheapest manufactured, most expensive machine ever manufactured. Please if you are trying to copy Rainbow Vacuum Cleaners, then at least have the initiative to manufacture something as good or at least as close as possible to Rainbow. If you are going for cheap manufactured product, then price it so that it is at least one quarter of the Rainbow price, as your quality or lack there of is far inferior to the Rainbow product. If you want to get into the market properly either jack up quality or reduce price accordingly

Fantastic product and after sales service

You who is giving your so call comments must be a rainbow dealer... is this how you were taught by rainbow to criticize other competitors... hmmm how small you can be... guess what, I rather buy my machine from roboclean because they are truthful about what I'm purchasing and they don't criticize the rainbow. In fact they praise the rainbow... I bought my machine 10 years ago and it is still running fantastic and their after sales service is fantastic... They call and inform you on a yearly basis to send it in for your regular check up.. I bought my machine from Malaysia and the sales person is still serving me till today. If you want a fantastic advisors who promises and never fails to deliver is Danny ( Roboclean Malaysia ).

this is almost complete cleaning system, and i amazed with its power and the built-in shampooer we even used it to wash our bed and dry in two hours or sometimes less. glad to have AURA ROBOCLEAN SPLUS.

Roboclean with Bogus warrantee

I recently started looking into different water type vacuums to replace my Rainbow. I found 3 new ones that seemed to have more power and more for the money, attachments etc. For the reason of warranty only I got a Roboclean. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! Do not buy this product, there is no manufactures warranty only warranty is from the office you purchase. Do some homework, out of the whopping 10 stores they had in the entire US a year ago, today there is one. Just ask Scott Morris the Dist. in Arkansas 3 years ago he was selling Hyla vacuums and closed his store after not paying his sales reps or taxes. Up until a month ago he was selling Pro-Aqua vacuums again closing stores and not paying anybody. Now with a new product Roboclean comes another Scott Morris vacuum scam. I am not able to get warranty work done can't get the hepa filter replaced and hate the 15' cord that the unit comes with. After not even three months I hate the unit and would not recommend it or the company to anybody but instead have this to say "RUN" You can also find this unit sold at affordable home electronics for half the price Scott Morris is selling for.

I wish I wouldve read this a year ago before I stupidly bought this roboclean vacuum. I have also been scammed by Scott Morris from his shop (if it's still there) in Joplin MO and I have had the financers investigating our deal for over a year now.

They too cant get ahold of him, weve only been on a 3 way call once with him and never heard from again. I've become pretty good friends with my creditor rep since weve talked so much.

I could use some help. I live in Hawaii state and I need to have my roboclean unit repaired.

I can't find anything about a service center on the roboclean website.

The only thing I could find is some telephone number but some text in the Email I received was in Turkish. FYI I have nothing to do with vaccums except as a customer.

it's easy to identify who the rainbow distributors are in this blog, isn't it?

As far as the "more power (true)" and "more for the money (true)", the above appears to be an endorsement by a disgruntled rainbow distributor that has lost sales reps to Roboclean.

Oh no, I'm not any kind of distributor for anything, just a single retired female that was taken in....I was ensured since I had pets this would be great for me...all it does is scoot the hair around on my carpet and blow it out which makes my allergies worse...cant get the salesman to call me back concerning issues...the company is in another country so have to call international, email or fax....

I don't agree at all. I LOVE my Robo!

You can use this thing for everything! I have 3 big dogs, and no one even knows anymore after having this thing on in my house. Also, the scents smell really good. I even use oils from walmart.

I have dry skin too...in the winter I sleep with this thing in my room. What a difference!! Love it. I don't ever even use the vacuum, even though it does work good.

I am too lazy to take the attachment out. And to top all that off.....I don't have to dust as much. I hate to dust! Also, there is a store here in my area (Springfield, mo) and can get more oils and they have filters and stuff that I can just go get.

And they are cheap!!! I hope your dealer fixes your problems so you can enjoy yours.

Dang, another disgruntled rainbow distributor or maybe a higher up. Why do you guys get so sore when someone wants to sell a better product?

I think these guys are envious because they are trapped in an expensive RGD deal or worse, getting screwed by an RGD at the Satellite level, of the Rainbow business. Let's face it, rainbow has priced itself out of the market and they know it.

Exit raibow, enter Roboclean. As accidentally endorsed at the top of this post, "....more for less...".
